For just AUD$6 per night, you can experience stunning views that arguably the equal of anywhere in the world. Lake Burbury Camping Ground offers a large grassed camping area at Lake Burbury campsite; campsites are available for a small daily fee of (AUD$6.00) per tent, RV or other vehicles. There is a caretaker on site. Lake Burbury Campground provides two large grassed sites next to Lake Burbury and is suitable for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. A boat ramp and public toilets are available. Lake Burbury is located on the edge of the World Heritage Wilderness Area. Carry your own water and firewood. Have a picnic or use the coin-operated barbecues, fish in the lake or enjoy water sports such as kayaking and canoeing or go for a walk. Please note that the West Coast of Tasmania experiences harsh weather, particularly during Winter. If camping in tents, please make sure you are well equipped in case of bad weather.
